Our Sister company Ann’s Care Homes was established in Feb 2020 and following a large acquisition of 13 nursing homes from Four Seasons Health Care (FSHC) in July 2021, Ann’s Care Homes now have a property portfolio of 16 Care Homes across Northern Ireland.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self motivated and experienced **Office Administrator** to join our friendly and energetic team at **Lisnisky Care Home **The position is a permanent role

**Main Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with incoming calls and dealing with queries accordingly
- Assisting Care Managers with the implementation of new packages of care by uploading data onto MIS system
- Finance Admin support including reviewing and assisting with Personal Allowance, Petty Cash and Residents Social Fund monthly reconciliations.
- Support the Service Manager in the continued success of the Service through completion of tasks accurately and within required timescales, presenting the Service in a positive light and being proactive in making suggestion on how to improve the Service
- Monitoring and updating staff files, ensuring all required compliance documentation is in order and any training is updated
- Keep up to date with and adhere to changes to policies and procedures
- Take responsibility for personal development, including attendance at training
- Fulfil any duties requested by the management of the service both mandatory and service specific
- To maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act
- General administration duties

**Essential Criteria**
- Must be qualified to G.C.S.E standard (including Maths and English)
- Must be able to competently complete basic mathematics
- Must have excellent telephone manner
- Must have a minimum of 2 years paid experience in an administrative role ideally within the Healthcare Industry
- Stable work history
