**Birmingham West Midlands - Hybrid role (commutable from Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Redditch, Tamworth, etc )**
We are looking for someone to join the IT Service Desk at our client in Birmingham as a 1st line support. This is a nationwide, award-winning company, with over 50 years of experience. You will receive excellent training and the opportunity to progress anddevelop within the company.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 6-12 months experience of 1st line Support at an MSP (Essential)
- Previous Customer Care Experience
- Previous experience of logging tickets
- Exposure to:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft office 365
- SharePoint
- One drive
- Networking
- Open to learning and developing within the company
