**Experienced Finance/Office Manager required for a successful, multi-million-pound distribution company based in Sheffield. Established over 20 years they have recently developed various new high-quality products that represent excellent value formoney to compliment their existing range.**

The Finance/Office Manager will oversee the daily running of the sales and accounts office.

Reporting to the Managing Director duties will include:

- Monitoring the ledgers (purchase, sales and nominal) and preparing the ledgers for month end.
- Paying suppliers and allocating payments.
- Paying expenses and posting the payments correctly on the ledger.
- Purchase and sales ledger reconciliations.
- ABN month end reconciliation & generation of reports
- Various month-end reports to prepare monthly accounts i.e bank reconciliations.
- Journal postings.
- Preparing monthly management accounts.
- Cash flow forecasting / P&L forecasting.
- Submitting VAT returns quarterly.
- Processing weekly and monthly wages.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

- The ability to prioritise your workload and work with minimum supervision is required.
