As an established, successful company the role of Office Coordinator is an integral part of the company. You will enjoy an amazing office environment/location and working with a successful, supportive small team.
The company was established over 50s year ago with a focus towards residential and commercial property in west London. Today, the company has a significant portfolio which has expanded to another country and other parts of the UK.
As the Office Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Diary management
- Management of communication and post for office
- Maintenance of records and documents required
- Travel and entertainment reservations
- Party/event planning
- Reception - client and colleague facing role, expected to manage a phone system and greet visitors to the office
- Banking
- Cash handling
- Overseeing the upkeep and appearance of the office
- Providing personal administration and organisational support to Company Directors
- Have experience of working within a facilities, front of house, reception, office management role
In return the Office Coordinator will receive a basic salary of £32-35,000. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 25 days. Group pension scheme. Discount on wine, cheese and charcuterie shops that are part of the group.
