**Senior Operation Executive**

**About the job**

We are looking for a **Senior Operation Executive** reporting to the operation manager of TP-Link UK Ltd. You will be part of the sales team to assess the sales functions, objectives and help to manage existing customer relationships, and with additional responsibilities added as our clients continue to expand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the efficient and smooth execution of daily operational activities to ensure business operations run seamlessly.
- Coordinate the work of team members, ensuring clear tasks and responsibilities, and timely completion of work.
- Analyse and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure optimal business operations.
- Timely resolution of operational issues, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure quick problem resolution.
- Collect and analyse operational data, and formulate corresponding strategies, and plans to support the achievement of business goals.
- Responsible for training new employees and ensuring continuous improvement of the team's professional knowledge and skills.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customers, and other departments to ensure coordination across all aspects of the business.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with preference given to those with team management experience.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and guide a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to make the right decisions quickly under pressure.
- Strong data analysis skills, capable of formulating reasonable business strategies based on data.
- Strong team collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate cooperation between different departments.
- Adaptability to change and the ability to respond flexibly to different business demands.
