**Job Title: Contact Success Representative**

As a Customer Service Representative within REVIV’s UK team you will utilise your knowledge, experience and expertise to deliver a world class and efficient customer service to all customers whilst also supporting the UK Clinics with revenue generation, and where needed, the wider business. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Clinic Managers to implement the sales strategy set out by the senior leadership team whilst also providing 5 star customer service within the clinic setting.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Ensure that all inbound customer enquiries are responded to in a timely and robust manner. Inbound contact types include, but are not limited to:

- Customer complaints
- Requests for support from external users of REVIV’s technology services and solutions.
- Fielding enquiries from global clinic teams in respect REVIV’s core systems or products
- Queries from REVIV Genetics customers
- Customer enquiries submitted via REVIV’s global website
- Enquiries from our brand/concession partners
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to maximise customer satisfaction and efficiency, escalating such findings to the operations manager.
- To support in the clinic, with overall customer experience, offering drinks, cleaning and tidying of the clinic, supporting with the customer journey, processing payments, financial reconciliation, general administration duties as required for the smooth running of the clinic.
- Build great rapport over the phone, accurately identifying customer needs and offering

effective solutions to the needs and wants of REVIV customers.
- Outbound customer contact to support sales campaigns and opportunities. Including, but not limited to:

- Outbound cold calling
- Retention calls
- Customer feedback calls
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge on all REVIV services to ensure customers are informed correctly
- Build long lasting professional relationships with both internal and external customers that will exceed their expectations.

Additional Responsibilities
- To support all Practitioners with clinical experience
- To support the REVIV UK Team where needed in other duties and areas of the business
- To work alongside the Operations Manager, Managing Director and Clinic Managers to implement the Commercial Sales Strategy to achieve growth in all UK clinics
- To collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement any new clinical initiatives/policies/procedures/training required
- Take inventory and order office supplies as needed ( For Clinics )

**Key Skills**

Your role as a Sales Representative will require you to be an outgoing and confident communicator who is happy to work in a dynamic and diverse environment. The nature of the business requires an individual who is willing to learn and wants to progress within a forward thinking and market leading company. Lone working may be required from time to time along with attendance at conferences and industry events.

Experience
- 1 years’ experience working in a customer service or sales environment
- Experience working in a healthcare related company preferred

**Location**:
North Staff - Staff will be expected to work across our Clinics in Central Manchester, David Lloyd Trafford and REVIV Total Fitness, Wilmslow. This list is not exhaustive, applicants will be expected to work from any new clinic locations opened in the north.

Staff will work 8 hour days, 40 hours a week across a 7 day rota.
