Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Support: Manage the onboarding process for new customers/accounts, ensuring a seamless transition to our product.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer queries in a timely manner, providing guidance and training on how to best use our product.
  • Account Expansion: Identify customer needs and introduce additional features, services, or upgrades that enhance the customer's experience, driving upsell opportunities and increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Process Improvement: Track customer interactions and feedback to continually improve processes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Retention and Cancellation: Focus on customer/client retention, handling any cancellation requests and maintaining regular contact to gauge customer happiness with our service.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on new projects from our leadership team and undertake other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience gained from a sales, account management, or customer service-focused role.
  • Upsell and Retention: Proven experience in successfully identifying and executing upsell opportunities, helping to increase customer lifetime value and engagement.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building: The ability to manage customers' expectations effectively, build lasting relationships with clients/customers, and be comfortable picking up the phone and talking with customers.
  • Reliability and Adaptability: Be reliable, agile in your working, and able to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Good problem and conflict resolution skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to establish priorities, schedule, and meet deadlines.
