HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR information or escalate to appropriate team members
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Human Resources department
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus

**Salary**: £28,480.00-£30,378.00 per year
