**Role & Responsibilities**
- Monitor and action customer complaints in a timely manner
- Resolve complex complaints from receipt to resolution in a professional but efficient way
- Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
- Perform investigative work to ensure best resolutions for customers’ needs
- Carry out relevant administrative tasks

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in complaints handling roles
- Clear, articulate and professional telephone manner essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to find workable solutions for customers
- Knowledge of Consumer Rights Act 2015
