At Morses Club, we believe in putting the customer first and exceeding their expectations. As a Financial Complaints Handler, you will play a crucial roe in ensuring our customers’ journey is smooth and satisfactory. You will will manage a varied caseload of financial complaints, handling them in accordance with DISP regulations, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues, whilst suggesting recommendations to enhance the customer journey.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, offering an immediate start and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.Join our dynamic team and make a real difference to the lives of our valued customers.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in handling financial complaints
- Strong knowledge of DISP regulations and other relevant industry guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to conduct thorough investigations
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
