Commercial Experience Co-ordinator

Summary No two days will be the same for the Commercial Experience Co-ordinator. You’ll be coordinating a wide variety of tasks, such as reviewing social media content, updating web intranet pages through to managing the supply of ingredients for photoshoots and assisting with the recording of a video.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. The role will involve travel to our head office to meetwith stakeholders and to carry out work.
What you'll be doing You’ll be supporting the Food & Beverage Experience team and wider National Trust Food & Beverage (F&B) teams with co-ordinating and organising created external or internal communications and marketing activity. You’ll support the ExperiencePlanning Manager in the review and delivery of content, including social media, website, video, photography, internal intranet and property point-of-sale materials.
You’ll be the first point of contact for properties on F&B and Retail communication queries, you will use your great customer service skills to deliver an exceptional support service. You will also support the F&B Experience & Retail team in the co-ordinationof internal and external events.

- Experience of posting pre-produced material to social media, websites, internal intranet -Experience of editing communication content such as written copy, video, photography, point-of-sale / marketing materials-Willingness to learn and understand the NationalTrust’s Food / strategy showing interest in keeping abreast of Food and Beverage / industry changes -A flexible, customer-focused approach enabling strong relationships to be built and maintained internally and externally -Excellent verbal and written communicationsskills -Ability to manage multiple tasks and to prioritise in line with the needs of the organisation -Excellent organisational skills with knowledge of MS Office programs
