**Hours - **Monday - Friday

**Salary - **£22-£24,000

Brook Street have the pleasure of working with a market leader in the food processing manufacturing industry

**Main Duties**:

- Process a high number of purchase invoices, and match all delivery notes and purchase orders
- Reconciliation of invoices
- Deal with supplier queries - acting as the first point of contact
- Analyse month end invoices that are outstanding
- Job costing via operating system
- General admin duties, including filing, archiving, scanning, sorting
- Assist the financial team where necessary

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Good Excel skills
- Ideally a background in purchase ledger
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of costing and job costing modules

Ability to work to deadlines with mínimal supervision
