Supplying directly to leading Grocery Chains and indirectly through a national network of independent Distributors.
Responsibility for sales to UK and Eire.
**The Position**
The position has become available following results of sales growth.
Exciting opportunity for a part time office-based **Customer Support Administrator** to join our Customer Service team.
Confident with strong organisational, numerical and communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across functions including manufacturing, planning, project management, to ensure the successful fulfilment of large and fast-moving accounts.
- Proficient on Microsoft/ IT systems, in particular Excel.
- Excellent time management
- Professional phone manner
- Strong Administration skills
- Ability to operate on own initiative and as part of a team
- Able to develop a good understanding of our customers business requirements and operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is very organised
- Flexible and adaptable in a small but fast-growing environment
- Previous sales order processing and customer services experience is desirable but not essential, full training will be given on our order processing system
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
