Manor Concepts is a UK Manufacturer of Commercial Refrigeration Cabinets, wholly owned subsidiary of an International Market Leading Manufacturer Arneg World. Manor supplies directly to leading supermarkets and due to continuous sales growth, has a new role for a Purchasing and Planning Assistant.

**Job Description**:
The job function involves the following:
**Purchasing department**
- **Raise Purchase Orders via MRP.**

Review the purchasing information from the ERP system and place orders with suppliers in a timely manner.
- **Check Purchase Order Acknowledgements.**

Checking the purchase orders with Suppliers acknowledgements for prices and confirmed delivery dates and adjust orders on system to match acknowledgements.
- **Matching up delivery notes with purchase orders.**

Checking that the goods have been booked in the system correctly and then match with the purchase order to be sent to accounts department for invoicing.
- **Chasing overdue purchase orders from suppliers.**

**Planning department**
- **Raising works orders from MRP system.**

Review the MRP for works order requirement for production and collate paperwork together.
- **Stock adjustments**

Maintain the stock levels on ERP system (booking route cards off the system and adjusting stock where necessary).

**Essential skills**:
The ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.

Good communication skills as you will be speaking with suppliers.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
