Duration: Initial 1-month contract
Pay Rate: £20.25 UMB per hour

**Job Description**:
Identify suitable emergency temporary accommodation vacancies and allocate them appropriately to nominated households.
Maintain accurate records of emergency accommodation vacancies and customer nominations.
Ensure compliance with council policy and statutory duties in matching customers to suitable accommodation.
Facilitate timely transfers and bookings to minimize voids and ensure value for money.
Identify alternative accommodation options when suitable vacancies are not available.

**Requirements**:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of housing policies and procedures is desirable but not essential.
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
