We are looking for new people to join Front Of House Team.

**Must be of school leaver age (minimum of 16 years of age / completing GCSE's this year)**

Hourly Wage: Competitive depending on previous skills and experience.

Day to day tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Continually providing excellent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
- Table service - taking orders, serving food and drinks.
- Bar work - serving cocktails, coffees and all drinks.
- Maintaining excellent presentation of all aspects of the restaurant, bar and outside seating areas.
- Maintain good product knowledge, being able to respond to enquiries about food and beverage menus.
- Accurate administration, taking bookings and seating tables.
- Accurately take orders and prepare bills - excellent attention to detail and communication with front of house and kitchen team.
- Accurate use of the EPOS (till) system.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with customer feedback, suggestions and complaints. Report all matters to line manager.
- Be aware of the table and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Adhere to legislation on licensing, trade, weights and measures. Challenge 25.
- Ensure cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Discuss all dietary requirements from customers with line manager and chef in charge.
- Act without prejudice or discrimination towards all staff and visitors.
- Arrive at work ready for your shift 5 minutes early, well presented and in the correct uniform.

**Salary**: £6.83-£12.50 per hour
