**Job purpose**

The Partnerships Assistant will provide support to the Partnerships and Wholesale team to successfully drive and achieve the sales objectives in line with the delivery of trading strategy.

The Partnerships Assistant will be responsible for the listing of products online across all our ecommerce partners accounts as well as maximising sales by commercially planning and trading products through partners accounts. 

**Main Duties and Key responsibilities**
- Assist on weekly trade reporting, producing reports that highlight bestsellers, category performance and website trends to help make informed decisions to improve the website and maximise sales.
- Responsible for managing all imagery and content information across partnership and wholesale sites
- Managing product set up process from start to finish, uploading, enriching, and maintaining products on partners and wholesale website, liaising with relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct daily site checks to ensure product listing pages are optimised and most relevant products are displayed
- Responsible for assisting in hitting weekly and monthly targets
- Work closely with all partnerships through weekly trade calls. Building and developing strong relationships to improve customer experience and drive sales.
- Responsible for all on-site copy and product attributes, providing partners with completed attribute templates and with all data as needed
- Assisting with monitoring intake for partnerships and allocating stock to them within the correct time frame
- Assisting with updating the order trackers with new orders and supporting with sizing and buy sheets
- Chasing outstanding partnership orders in a timely manner to maintain the critical path
- Liaise with and build a close working relationship with the key stakeholders across Product, Merchandising, Creative, Warehouse teams
- Reporting into Senior Merchandiser and working alongside Assistant Merchandise

**What would we like to see in you?**
- At least one year’s working experience within head office retail or eCommerce
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Highly attentive, with a strong eye for detail and experience working with data.
- Excellent communicator who can collaborate professionally across departments
- Strong problem-solving skills and is keen to find solutions to given challenges
- Is a self-starter who is highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Takes pride in their work
- Proactive as well as reactive
- highly organised, with excellent time management skills being able to work to tight deadlines
- Approachable and friendly - works well in a team

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
