Production Partnerships Assistant

About the Role:
The Production Partnerships Assistant will play a key role in the successful delivery of partner activations at all five Frieze fairs. This role will support the Partnerships Production Manager in coordinating and administering production-related elements of partner activations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and attend meetings to take minutes and follow-up actions with other team members and/or the wider Production team.
- Prepare and manage Partnerships Production timelines.
- Maintain, update, and reissue the online Sponsor Production Manual across all Fairs to partners.
- Liaise with the Partnerships team for necessary information.
- Support the Partnerships Production Manager with managing deadlines, collating, and tracking submissions.
- Support the Partnerships Production Manager with coordination and scheduling.
- Maintain Sponsor Production files with methodical record keeping pre- and post-Fairs.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Partnerships Production Manager and Head of Fair Production in all sponsor production-related activities on the Fairs, as required.
- Work alongside the Partnerships Production Manager to create, maintain, and adapt best practices for project tracking and implementation.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ideally in events or the arts.
- Experience in providing excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships with external parties.
- Prior experience in working in an administrative or coordination role.
- Experience working with stakeholders.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
