As a Senior Procurement Officer, you will be an integral part of Adra’s procurement team who are responsible for procuring a wide array of contracts ranging from minor service contracts to multi million pound capital and development works.

**You will**:

- Provide advice and support to Senior Managers and budget holders to enable the development and delivery of Adra’s Procurement Policy, Strategy, Procedures and Guidance in line with regulations.
- Lead the procurement process for assigned tenders in accordance with procurement regulations and Adra’s Contract Procedure Rules.
- Act as category lead for specific departmental, service and work categories.
- Provide key support in the effective running of the procurement service with a focus on securing value for money for the organisation.
- Maintain Adra’s future procurement pipeline and contracts register, so that procurement exercises are planned and completed in advance of contract expiration dates.
- Provide general support for the Procurement Manager, and deputise when required.

**Byddwch yn**:

- Darparu cyngor a chymorth i Uwch Reolwyr a deiliaid cyllideb fel bod modd datblygu a chyflawni Polisi, Strategaeth, Gweithdrefnau a Chanllaw Caffael Adra, yn unol â rheoliadau.
- Arwain y broses gaffael ar gyfer tendrau a nodwyd yn unol â rheoliadau caffael a Rheolau Gweithdrefnau Contract Adra.
- Gweithredu fel arweinydd categori ar gyfer categorïau adrannol, gwasanaeth, a gwaith penodol.
- Darparu cymorth allweddol i'r Rheolwr Caffael ar gyfer rhedeg y gwasanaeth caffael yn effeithiol, gan ganolbwyntio ar sicrhau gwerth am arian i'r sefydliad.
- Cynnal cofrestr contractau ar y gweill a chontractau caffael Adra, fel bod ymarferion caffael yn cael eu cynllunio digon ymlaen llaw cyn i gontractau ddod i ben.
- Darparu cefnogaeth gyffredinol i'r Rheolwr Caffael a dirprwyo lle bod angen.
