We are currently looking for a People Partner to join our collaborative HR team on a permanent basis.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as trusted partner to the whole business unit (including senior leaders, managers, supervisors and operational employees) and assist with building and delivering people strategies that are aligned to our long and short-term goals. You will effectively implement projects within the organisation as well as carry out day to day partnering for your business unit relating to the full employee lifecycle (such as recruitment, ER case management, talent management, reward, and offboarding).

This role will work alongside the wider people team consisting of two further people partners, people admin support, L&D and employee engagement, and payroll teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Act as the key point of contact for a designated customer group
- Ensure great end to end People experience across stakeholder groups, identifying and implementing improvements where needed.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the wider People team to embed and rollout key projects and initiatives, and support change management strategies
- Coach and influence senior leadership on all People related matters.
- Advise colleagues and Line Managers on HR policy and procedure.

**About You**

You will be a skilled HR generalist and be proficient with effectively dealing ER casework to resolution and experienced at handling TUPE transfer processes. Experience operating within a unionised environment would be beneficial. You will be a great communicator at all levels including executive and senior management and deliver a customer focussed approach to your clients.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- CIPD qualified level 5 or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in an HR function at business partner or managerial level
- Practical experience of using and updating HR systems
- Experience of managing TUPE transfers
- Understanding of soft and hard FM sector
- Good understanding of employment legislation and handling complex Employee relations cases to resolution
- Proactive and self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
- Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining energy and resilience to "make things happen"

- Location: Dagenham, London/Essex. This is an office based role with hybrid working options available.
