Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high levels of expertise in ELIoT, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Design and create marketing materials to promote each area of specialism, showcasing the college's expertise and services.
- Build and manage high-level relationships with key networks, partners, and universities, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations.
- Identify and pursue bidding opportunities to meet income targets, supporting the production of high-quality submissions.
- Engage and manage partnerships to expand ELIoT's network, driving business growth and development.
- Oversee and manage key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead Technical Skills Advisory Group (TSAG) meetings, providing strategic guidance and direction.
- Provide personalized, impartial, and realistic advice to students, directing them to relevant support services as needed.
- Level 2 English and Maths qualifications are essential, with a Level 2 IT qualification desirable.
- A Level 3 or above qualification in Sales Management, Marketing, or Business Development is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of working successfully with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
- Demonstrable experience of building strong professional relationships with key strategic clients.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding results through effective leadership qualities and a structured approach to planning for success.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
- A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role.
