**Full Time Permanent.**

**Salary up to £35,000 per annum**, plus, company van & fuel card.

We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.

**About the Role:
As an Multi Skilled Operative you will be working with Havering Borough council providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. (Edit above text to reflect your specific branch and customer base.

A Multi Skilled with our Rainham branch. You will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You’ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive ‘can do’ attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key

**Role Criteria:
- experience in Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, decorating & Tiling.
- Team player
- Excellent customer service
- Trade qualifications or on the job experience
- Full UK driving license
- Worked within social and domestic housing
