- Agile Performance Lead is responsible for improving the capability of teams, shining light on delivery processes, and providing radical transparency of areas for improvement. They help teams find a sustained path for continuous improvement, discovering and predicting potential problems and recognising specific areas which, if improved would ultimately increase productivity, predictability, and efficiency. The importance of baselining and measuring value is at the forefront of their continuous improvement initiatives.- Main responsibilities:
- Driving continuous improvement in teams based on data & evidence,
- Identifying and removing impediments to ensure smooth and sustainable flow of work,
- Ensuring key metrics are available & effective (e.g. DORA, OKRs, team metrics),
- Ensuring all events (e.g. Retrospectives) are effective and are improving.

- Navigates difficult conversations and situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Addresses positive conflict and brings difficult issues to the forefront.
- Creates an environment that fosters critical thinking and helps others reach meaningful conclusions by asking probing questions and providing clarity.
