You will join Securities Services business which provides Custody services and Fund Accounting for institutional investors. Corporates and Institutions investing globally must adapt to market infrastructure change and new technological innovations, as well as cope with a changing regulatory landscape. **Your key responsibilities**
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of a Custody Tribe that creates tangible added value for Customers Product, Services, processes
- Ensure that required teams and skills are available in the tribe and create a working atmosphere that encourages team to take ownership and perform at their best
- Provides directions and priorities for multiple multidisciplinary teams for IT and business and removes barriers that prevent the teams from creating vales for customers. Leads the product owners of His/her squads in a disciplinary way
- Have a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Create momentum and energy to make a positive, sustainable, and tangible impact on the business
- Seeks close interactions with senior management (including ExCo level) and others tribe leads and manages to stimulate innovations and overcome business challenges through cooperations and networking
- Is responsible for the strategic tribe ceremonies, quarterly business review priorities with stakeholders, identification of dependencies and big room planning and represents the results to the senior management

**Your skills and experience**
- Has a Strong business/Commercial orientation coupled with an affinity for technology and the ability to evaluate technological decisions. With the aim of delivering better, faster, and cheaper and creating customer value
- Has the skill to think big inspire and enthuse stand up to senior management, generate team commitment, has a strong execution track record in an Agile setup
- Strong communication skills to deliver clear and targeted messages (orally and in writing) at all levels of the organization
- Ability to effectively deliver results in environments or projects that are nonlinear, fast-paced, and often characterized by incomplete information and stakeholder disagreements delivering a timely and comprehensive output. Business Advisory and influencing capabilities that support decision making in strategy and direction. Analytical, storyboarding and presentation skills - ability to develop hypothesis, question the status quo, present and influence
- Solid experience in managing large scale (cross divisional/multiple geographies) projects/programs involving a complex set of stakeholders. Significant experience in risk management, effectively identifying and assessing risks within a project/program along with developing and implementing sustainable mitigating actions. Knowledge of Custody and Clearing is beneficial
