La Fosse is happy to announce that we are partnered with a longstanding client of ours in the Lloyds Market on an engagement for an Agile Delivery Lead to take 3 of their key delivery teams to the next level


Our client is a leading, Fortune 500 business with a presence in over 20 countries that specialise in providing insurance and reinsurance solutions worldwide.


This role will require 2 days a week in the London Office.


We're looking for an Agile Delivery Lead who is capable of coming into an already agile mature team and actively working with them to level up their knowledge, support them in their delivery and hone their processes to increase their wider delivery capability.


What will you do?


  • Guide and mentor the teams on best practices when it comes to Agile Methodologies and processes.
  • Support the team by maintaining lines of communication with internal and external vendors to ensure better flow and stronger delivery processes.
  • Support the team to enhance their delivery capability through effective coaching and facilitation.


What do you need?


  • At least 5 years experience in an Agile Delivery Manager/Lead role at a business with high standards for delivery.
  • Previous experience in utilising Kanban for delivery-focused teams across Data, platform and infrastructure teams.
  • Experience previously working in Insurance or Insurtech will allow you to be a priority applicant
  • Advanced Scrum Masters or PSM II Qual cert as a minimum (Not a must but your knowledge must be at this level or above)
  • Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
  • Goes without saying but experience with Jira and Confluence is a must here.

On top of this, you'll have:


Salary up to £85,000

Up to 12% Pension Contribution

Private Medical

Discretionary Bonus of up to 20%
