We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead who will lead the delivery function in a business which is disrupting the industry using Big Data and AI products.

This opportunity allows someone to really own this function and make it your own whilst working with cutting edge tech, truly big data and it has great progression opportunities as they are scaling up fast

The Principal Agile Delivery Lead will:

- Lead the Agile software delivery process
- Ensure successful project delivery and also continuous improvement of all Agile processes and practices
- Work closely with a range of teams across product and data science to ensure all product goals and objectives are both aligned and met
- Oversee product timelines, resources and budgets whilst also identifying any risks
- Work closely with all stakeholders to provide regular status updates
- Coach and mentor other team members
- Work closely with the product manager overseeing product roadmaps and guiding on surface prioritisation and resourcing decisions
- Work within a DataOps framework

Do you have:

- Strong experience in an Agile Delivery role within a software delivery environment?
- Strong experience with release management and all accompanying areas i.e. SDLC testing, software delivery, quality assurance
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies i.e. KANBAN and Scrum
- Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar for Agile project management
- A strong passion for cutting edge tech, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence
