**About The Role**:
**Purpose**

As an Agile PMO you will work to support our cross functional product teams centered around the 7IM Platform capability, as well as spending significant time supporting the Portfolio Leads to drive portfolio performance. You will have a natural ability to keep things simple and organised in a fast-paced environment, solving problems as you go. You will be comfortable working with data and will work to make this visible to drive high quality decision making at all levels.

**Responsibilities**
- Report on portfolio status, risk factors, and delivery partner performance
- Support development and maintenance of portfolio roadmap for all transformation related activity
- Support the Portfolio Leads to drive the portfolio forward, supporting in keeping ADO up to date and ensuring actions are closed across areas such as impediment resolution and transformation risk frameworks
- Creation of packs as required to support Portfolio Leads
- Skilled at data management and reporting using PowerBI
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate these into data solutions
- Design end-to-end solutions that improve engagement, productivity, and knowledge sharing
- Maintenance of dashboards and reports
- Fully document and maintain and PowerBI solution documentation
- Support with the management (onboarding, ongoing reviews, and offboarding) of external delivery partners, including supporting with frequent reviews of partners and tracking of external spend
- Adherence to all applicable compliance standards and best practices at all times.
- Acting consistently in accordance with the 7IM VPVP’s.
- Other, as reasonably required by your line manager and 7IM.
- While not directly interacting with customers, your actions should align with upholding the FCA's Consumer Duty principles, thereby contributing to fair and beneficial outcomes for our clients.

**About You**:
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a Product Operations or Agile PMO role
- Formal project and/ or portfolio management qualifications from a recognised body (APM, APMG, PMI) desirable
- Experience in a role with a heavy focus on reporting, process management and analytical skills
- Experience using modern Agile planning tools such as Azure Boards in Azure DevOps

**Skills**
- Demonstrable track record of designing and developing PowerBI reporting, including the ability to integrate and effectively extract information from ADO, Google Analytics, and Jira.
- SQL skills desirable
- Analytical, conceptual thinking, planning and execution skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvements and take charge of initiatives, problem solving as required
- Confidence in presenting information and acting as a source of knowledge and guidance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels (internal & external)
- Knowledge of Agile delivery approaches and the most effective way to measure and support Agile teams
- Knowledge of a broad range of techniques and their suitability to different portfolios and programmes is essential.
