**About Us**
**Job Summary**
The post-holder will be an innovative, process minded and action-oriented individual with the drive to improve how programme performance is reported as well as a desire to innovate new ways of presenting data to differing audiences. They will work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and build outputs to specification. You will also work with the senior team to assist in building cost models and forecasting for future initiatives at the tender stage.
You will be a, dedicated, reliable and person-focused individual who enjoys working with a wide range of people. You will have a strong working knowledge of Office 365 programs, be adept and demonstrable experience at learning new systems and software. You will have good written and verbal communication skills and strong organisation and time management skills, as well as a solid understand of modelling concepts. You will be aware of the need for confidentiality and integrity. A knowledge of clinical systems, Health and Social Care terminology, structures and pathways would be helpful but is not essential.
**Overview of Role**
- Work with staff across the spectrum of Key Working Relationships to identify data and reporting requirements and build the tools required to deliver these outputs.
- Work alongside the RPA Analyst to understand robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities and identify opportunities to exploit this technology for the benefit of GP Practices and patients
- Create and nurture excellent relationships with GP practice staff as well as wider system partners.
- Work with the senior team to help strategize and develop robust cost models as part of the bid and tender process.
- Provide support to Projects across the organisation that require data and reporting expertise
- Work with Operations Managers to help plan out and communicate pathways, staffing models and process flows.
- Work with staff across the spectrum of Key Working Relationships to develop automated pathways and process improvements across clinical systems and the wider system.
**Key Working Relationships**
The post holder will be required to maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders within and beyond the organisation. Key relationships will include:
- GPN Senior Management
- Operations Managers
- External Stakeholders
- Service Leads
- Practice and PCN Managers
- BI Team
**Essential requirements**
- A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring check
- At least 4 years of experience sourcing and presenting data to specification
- Ability to travel between service sites - a valid driving licence and own car is a must.
- Confident in defining and documenting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of people from different backgrounds at all levels of seniority.
- The ability to prioritise and balance a range of competing tasks to deliver to agreed timescales.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills

- Confident in communicating with people at all levels
- Be IT literate, competent with all Microsoft packages and able to demonstrate experience in learning new systems and software

- Experience in tailoring visual outputs to different audiences
