About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, where you will have the chance to develop your clinical skills and leadership abilities. You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and psychosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of psychologists and provide clinical supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services
  • Assess and treat patients with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and psychosis
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide training and education to other healthcare professionals on mental health topics
  • Contribute to the development of mental health services and policies within the Trust
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A doctoral degree in clinical psychology
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
