General Facilities Admin REQUIRED

I am delighted to be working with a construction/facilities company based in Belfast to recruit their new General Facilities Admin on a permanent basis

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Receiving and logging reactive calls from clients
- Assistant in the arranging internal labour to attend calls and projects
- Updating and tracking of works progress and status
- Assistance in Billing administration including timesheets, sub-contractor labour and invoicing

What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role/environment
- Extremely good communication skills and dedication
- Access NI Clearance
- self-motivated, with strong team working attributes,
- have the ability to analyse a problem and develop a solution and manage the works to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently,
- a dynamic professional approach
- high self-conduct standards will be expected at all times.
