**Duties**
- First point of contact for telephone enquiries
- Opening and distributing the mail and preparing outgoing mail.
- Diary management and arranging meetings
- General office duties including scanning and typing
- Liaising with pension and investment companies to obtain client information
- Updating and managing our client records
- Producing review packs and valuations for client meetings

**Successful applicants**

Applicants will:

- Be proficient with Word and Excel and be willing to learn new systems and processes
- Have English and Maths GCSE level or equivalent
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have good time management skills and be able to work using their own initiative
- Be a good team player and be willing to support other team members
- Be able to work accurately under pressure
- Put the clients at the heart of what they do
- Be willing to contribute to the development of the business

**Package**

We offer a highly competitive package:

- Basic salary (£18,000 to £20,000 depending on experience) plus discretionary bonus
