HR Executive

**Duties**:
- Present and manage employee benefits programs
- Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
- Supervise HR processes and ensure compliance with regulations
- Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and trends
- Oversee HR Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in human resources functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data effectively
