Job Description

Duties of the Group Internal Communications and Engagement Executive

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Foster employee engagement through innovative initiatives.
  • Write, edit and distribute creative and engaging content
  • Produce high quality content including graphics, photography, film and presentations, that tell the brand story
  • Organise and execute internal events to boost team morale and cohesion.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and agency department on various projects.
  • Work with HR in how to drive future talent, through creating a brand story

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Communications and Engagement Executive should have:

  • A degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using communication platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
