Job Description:

This is a global role within our supplier facing division, which focuses on building relationships with our wide range of travel partners, including hotels, vacation rentals, air, car, cruise, activities and destination marketing organizations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Produce compelling content to achieve defined business goals including copywriting
  • Collaborate closely with a wide variety of partners to understand the needs of the business and develop appropriate comms strategies and plans
  • Measure and report on the impact of internal comms (whether written, video or imagery)
  • Support, mentor and develop junior team members
  • Establish relationships with senior leaders and help them to connect with employees and stimulating attitude and behaviour shifts through internal comms
Job Requirements:
  • Travel and/or tech industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to jump in on an array of projects as requested; eager to learn new skills, and an ability to manage projects concurrently
  • Comfortable with driven, passionate working environments which can change and evolve quickly
  • Able to work independently and take the initiative
  • You are curious, forward-thinking and driven puzzle solver who brings people along in the journey through broad partnership, vision-setting, clarity of purpose, authenticity and positivity
  • You love being in a team and are capable of cross functional partnerships – experience in highly matrixed organizations a plus
  • You're a strong writer with a flair for capturing attention and you can spot a typo at a hundred paces when proofing your teammates' work
  • 5+ years of experience working closely with executive or leadership roles, particularly in highly innovative, fast paced environments, with a proven record of results
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, equally comfortable presenting to and communicating with senior partners in-person or remotely
  • At least seven years' in a communications role, with some specialist internal comms experience
  • Results-focused, with strong analytical and reporting skills and the motivation to drive for improvements
  • You understand the principles of employee engagement and are comfortable using that knowledge to advise colleagues across the business
  • Ability to translate and explain technical processes and information into simple, clear communications
