**Are you a creative who loves employee engagement and internal comms? Looking to use your in-house experience to take out to a wider client base in a consultative capacity?**

You'll need to be passionate about turning complicated jargon into engaging content, always putting the person receiving your communication at the forefront of your focus. As a key member of the creative team, you'll work in partnership with clients to understandtheir internal stakeholders needs and then work with a wider design team to deliver engaging strategies.

A small but growing Consultancy firm with offices in Glasgow and Liverpool you will be based from either site and work on a hybrid remote basis.

**_Responsibilities:_** **In this great Internal Comms Consultancy role your core responsibilities will consist of**:

- Engage with existing contacts and clients in relation to their internal communications
- Communicate pension and other employee benefits content to members (through clear and simple written copy, creative thinking and effective delivery)
- Demonstrate project management experience and the ability to build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and environment
- Liaising with clients and working through different communications strategies
- Provide copy for off line materials such as announcements, newsletters, booklets, personalised statements, posters, etc.
- Provide copy for on line websites, intranets, webinars etc.
- Assist the Senior Communication Manager in delivery of client communication strategies
- Support the Platform team in producing and delivering communications
- A team player who has previous experience in a similar role, specifically employee benefits (both pension and total reward) and internal communications - either in-house or client side
- Someone who gets employee engagement, and can consult confidently about ensuring clear engagement communications
- A keen eye for detail,excellent writing / copy skill
- Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience
- Previous experience of employee benefits and total reward and/or pensions is an advantage
