HR Business Partner

Salary: £DOE + Benefits

Location: Cumbria/Northwest

Our client, a leading soft facilities management company specializing in catering, facilities management, and specialized cleaning services across Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors, seeks a seasoned HR Business Partner to provide guidance and support to the employees and management team. In this pivotal role, you will proactively support key short-term and long-term projects, enabling the business to become a ‘great place to work’. You will oversee Human Resource activity across two divisions, collaborating to deliver a robust HR function.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  1. Managing day-to-day operations
  2. Supporting a variety of case work, TUPE and strategic HR Projects
  3. Providing strategic counsel to the management team

Your goal is to align HR activities with business objectives, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture where employees can flourish. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of success in crafting and executing HR projects for diverse and complex workforces.
