Primis are working with a leading IT consulting who are looking for a People Partner to join their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will collaborate and partner with key stakeholders and client groups, providing pragmatic and commercially focused solutions to the People agenda. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of people law and come from a fast-paced/hyper growth working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Address employee concerns and conduct investigations when necessary to ensure a fair and inclusive work environment.
  2. Performance Management: Partner with managers to develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations. Provide coaching and support to enhance employee performance and development.
  3. Talent Development: Collaborate with leaders to identify talent gaps and development opportunities within the organization. Design and implement programs to nurture talent, including training initiatives, career development plans, and succession planning.
  4. Culture and Engagement: Champion our company culture and values by leading initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Organize events, activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  5. HR Operations: Oversee various HR operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:

Extensive experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Strong knowledge of employment law and how to apply it commercially. Proven track record of People Partnering, ideally in tech or fast-growing company. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
