Role: Site Supervisor (Re-Fit Project)
Location: Coalvile
Hourly Rate: Negotiable
Type: 1-3 Months

Description:
The Project Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of the semi-skilled labourers.

Key Focus Areas will include but not be limited to:

- Ensuring timely completion of tasks issued by the Project Manager
- Ensure works completed adhere to the quality standards put forth by the client
- Ensure tat all safety standards are met at the project site to ensure complete protection to the workforce

Essential Experience:

- Significant practical experience including supervisory role managing people
- Experience of working to appropriate Health & Safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Monitoring - oversight of the assigned site team, prioritising work streams, delegation of tasks to relevant team members based on skill sets and task priority
- Risk Management - Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements are updated on a periodic basis
- Quality Control - Ensure quality standards are maintained and QC Checklist is updated
- Reporting - Daily Progress updates to Project Manger
- Preliminary Review - Review and verification of design drawings prior to review by Project Manager, verification of deployment documentation
- Lead by example by adherence to all safety protocols, serve as a role model and also help tp train and support other team members

Qualifications:

- PMP / Equivalent Qualification - Desirable
- Good levels of Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and DWG True View - Desirable
- IPAF / FLT License - Desirable
- CSCS Card / EU Equivalent - Essential
