**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
To provide administrative support to the Programme Delivery team ensuring PA deliver excellent services to residents. This role will assist the team in liaising and supporting our customers, alongside our service providers for all planned and major works carried out through our Asset Management team in and around our customers’ homes.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

**Your responsibilities...**
- To support the Programme Delivery Manager and colleagues within Asset Management as and when required.
- Maintain and update the asset data on keystone, project spreadsheets and documentation.
- To be responsible for Aids & Adaptations communications and liaison with local authorities including setting up of meetings and minute taking where necessary.
- Be responsible for arranging and setting up contractor, progress, and strategic core group meetings, taking and distributing minutes. To include ad hoc meetings as required.
- Flexibility to enable some work to be done outside normal working hours to meet occasional peaks or deadlines.

- A knowledge of building repairs and maintenance
- Use of Keystone Asset Management System
- Knowledge of housing management systems
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Experience of dealing with people and excellent customer service skills
