YMCA North Staffordshire are a local charity who supports young people and families offering meaningful accommodation, campus community, and health and wellbeing services to make a difference in their lives.

An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly Families department. The Family Co-Ordinator will deliver family support services. Working directly with families in their homes and communities, they will build rapport, assess needs and co-create personalized plans to address their unique circumstances. Through a combination of support and guidance, you will help families build resilience, improve their coping mechanisms and connect them with essential local recourses.
