Multiskilling Co-ordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for a **Multi Skilling Co-ordinator, **to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy
In this role you will play a key part in the delivery of our key employee multiskilling program. You will champion the department whilst actively ensuring that the resort is resourced to operational demand through the utilisation of multiskillers. You will be a passionate leader experienced in delivering change whilst working closely with departments to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualification & Experience:
You'll need to be enthusiastic, outgoing, approachable, and confident.
Your skill set and knowledge will need to be truly diverse with experience in several (or all) of the following areas: Co-ordinating training plans, training facilitation, understanding the change curve, ability to work with key stakeholders, advanced Excel skills, good personal organisation, time management skills and have experience of working with time & attendance systems (training can be provided).

Pay Range: Compensation between GBP £11.60/Hr.GBP £11.60/Hr.
