**Responsibilities**
- Administration of the hotel portfolio, ensuring all records are maintained in line with company procedure
- Attending meetings and taking and completing actions in timely manner
- Complete and develop engagement packs for all new sites
- Keep and develop key contact lists
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure all Local Authority notices received are dealt with in the prescribed manner
- Ensure hotels handover & sign off processes and Standard Operating Procedures are followed
- Ensure CRH hotel portfolio is fully compliant with Local Authority, UKVI all other regulatory body legislation.
- To provide administration cover when necessary to include daily updates of the system.
- Ensure decanting of hotels runs in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure values, ethical standards, policies and procedures are met.
- Manage and report on performance targets and KPI’s to ensure the contract is being delivered to company and Authority standards as well as legislative requirements.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement and sharing of best practice across the supply chain to optimise service delivery and business excellence
- Engender a positive health and safety culture to agreed standards
