The Business Development team are looking for experienced Summer Reception Supervisor who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent standards of customer service.

**The Opportunity**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customer-experience focused individuals to join Accommodation, Catering and Events as a Summer Reception Supervisor to lead our teams to deliver a high, consistent standard of customer service.

- Excellent customer service.
- Leadership skills to oversee and motivate receptionist team members.
- Problem solving skills to handle ay issues or conflicts that may arise.
- The ability to quickly learn and become proficient in using software systems.
- Time management skills to ensure smooth operations and mínimal wait times for customers.
