**Employment Type**: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

**Hours of Work**: 16-20 hours comprising of Weekday Evenings and some weekends on a 5 week rota

**Location**: St Andrew's Business Park, Norwich (NR7 0HR)

**Salary - **£23,400 per annum (pro rata)

Using your excellent listening and communication skills, you will help customers with their holiday queries and support them throughout their trip, whether that's by helping them find their next adventure, resolving issues with their booking, or just offering advice.
