We have an exciting opportunity within HMR Children's Integrated Community Services for an experienced administrator to join our dedicated team in the Single Point of Access and administration Hub as a Waiting List tracker.

Whilst this role can be fast paced and challenging you will receive full training in a supportive environment.
**Main duties of the job**:
- You will be responsible for monitoring of the Children’s Therapies and Community Pediatric Team waiting lists and working with these teams to ensure the timely utilisation of appointments.You will provide comprehensive and confidential overall office administration including taking the minutes of meetings and providing assistance to the Service Leads and Clinical Teams. You will also work collaboratively with other administrative colleagues and support staff.

- RSA 3 or NVQ3 or equivalent
**Desirable criteria**:
- European Computer Driving License (ECDL) or similar
- Shorthand qualification
- Paris trained
**Knowledge/Skills/Training/Exp**:
**Essential criteria**:
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Experience of working in a secretarial/clerical role
- Experience in taking meeting minutes
- Experience of organising team meetings and group sessions.
- High level of secretarial and administrative competence.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people in a professional manner
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
- Ability to work in a pressurised work environment with constant telephone and personal interruption
**Desirable criteria**:
- NHS or healthcare experience or experience of working in public sector
- Experience of using an electronic patient appointment and record system
- Knowledge of/willingness to use spread sheets.
- PowerPoint for creating PowerPoint presentations
