**We have an exciting opportunity within HMR Children's Integrated Community Services for an experienced Administrator to join our dedicated team in the Single Point of Access and Administration Hub.**

Shift patterns alternate between 08:00 - 16:00 and 10:00 - 18:00. There may be a requirement to work some Saturday mornings on a rota basis in the future.

Whilst this role can be fast paced and challenging you will receive full training in a supportive environment.

**Main duties of the job**:
The role involves rotating between the SPOA and admin hub. In the SPOA you will answer a variety of telephone calls and queries to support our service users, process referrals, book appointments and support all functions of the Single Point of Access for Children.

In the admin hub you will provide comprehensive and confidential overall office administration including taking the minutes of meetings and providing assistance to the Service Leads and Clinical Teams. You will also work collaboratively with other administrative colleagues and support staff.

- Knowledge of/willingness to use spread sheets.
