**Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and quality assurance services to external customers. This position will serve as the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for all aspects of customer order entry, processing, data entry, customer complaints, communication, and general customer satisfaction.
**Essential Functions**:
- SAP System Trained
- Data Entry
- Order Processing -Customer complaints -Communication -General Customer Satisfaction -Order Entry (Enter orders into system using keypad or phone)
- Receive Orders (Checking in new orders, updating inventory records)
- Shipping Invoice Preparation (Printing shipping labels)
- Post-Order Process (Checking out new orders, paying invoices, returning inventory) -Customer Relationships: (Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction)
- Additional duties as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- customer service: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
