Daniel Denham is one such partner, running his practice from the offices in Oxfordshire. The practice provides comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services, helping individuals, trustees and organisations to achieve their financial goals.
**Summary**
This role is critical to the efficient running of the team and the Practice.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answering calls and handling queries professionally, re-directing or taking messages and using initiative to deal with queries
- Meeting preparation
- Ordering and maintaining general office supplies
- Organising on-going maintenance of office equipment
- Responsible for the administration of client information for the paraplanning team, ensuring all information is gathered in a timely fashion and prepared fully before submitting to paraplanner to write case
- Gathering and chasing information from SJP administration centres and external 3rd parties such as life and pension companies to ensure client work is completed within given time-scales
- Assisting with pre-meeting research and documentation including gathering information from client files, documents and printing valuations for the Financial Advisers
- Assisting Client Services Manager in client services - clients mailshots, newsletters and event preparation
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the vacancy.

- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and a flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise to achieve successful outcomes
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Previous work experience in Administration or Financial Services
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
