- To provide administrative support to Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Services. This includes: to work professionally and effectively with senior colleagues, management, and staff employed by the organisation.
- To demonstrate excellent communication skills which will contribute and enhance patients experience.
- Making phone calls on behalf of the service to patients and other services/ teams.
- Recording patient feedback through our online reporting system.
- Uses office equipment, computer, photocopier, etc., to ensure efficient production of work
- To collate information and complete audits
- To book appointments on S1 and write appointment letters
- To use S1 and Tableau regularly to support the team to maintain accurate records of care provided and ensure team are meeting KPIs

As the job is a 20 hour per week post, which we hope is completed across a 5 day week, this will be well suited to someone who can offer approx 4 hours a day.
