Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for an highly motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with all incoming customer enquiries.

As understanding of the motor trade, motor vehicles and customer service is highly beneficial.

The job description and the role will include:

- You should be able to understand our customers needs and interests and be able to match them to the appropriate vehicle.
- Building a rapport with customers.
- You should be able to assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be proceed.
- You should be able to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Carrying out handovers of the vehicles to customers.
- To carry out general duties on site to assist with the smooth running of the business.
- You must be able to work under pressure and remain calm, even with the most difficult customers
- Weekdays Monday - Saturday availability is required.
- Minimum wage for age to start with - to be reviewed after successful probationary period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nuneaton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
